Mission Greens HOA, located in Mission Valley, had an issue regarding the overhead track space found in each unit.
Every garage in this complex had limited headroom which was counter intuitive for a traditional garage door.
GDU installed flip up style doors that eliminated the use of ceiling mounted metal tracks. This solution gave every resident the benefits and features of a brand new garage door while using an old school style.
By using innovative construction, we combined function along with efficiency to bring this project full circle.
Closing Inspection
At the end of every HOA project, GDU performs a closing inspection. At this point, all installations are 100% complete.
We make sure we have addressed and resolved any and all concerns regarding your current project. This final walk through ensures that the work performed has met the complete satisfaction of the residents, board members, and the GDU standard of quality.
We confirm with all residents that they have received the proper instructions and tools needed to operate their new garage doors.
GDU inspects the tracks, photo eyes, door jambs, and all aesthetic issues during this time. Our post installation clean up session is performed to ensure a polished and finished project has been achieved.
