Tech called ahead of time and asked if he could come early bc he was running early. That was great. While here he was professional and courteous. Seemed knowledgeable and seemed to care about fixing the problem

Alex showed up as scheduled, did a complete check-up of our garage door system, and had a single recommendation to replace a component (over 10 years old). Service was solid, technician was great, and the GDU company has been nothing but reliable over the past 3 decades we have owned their product. Phone calls for scheduling and any follow ups were always answered by a dependable person. HIghly recommended.

We found this company through the Costco garage door program. William contacted us promptly and provided wonderful costumer service. Adan came to install our door and opener, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He installed the door without any issues and explained all the controls and capabilities of the openers. I would definitely recommend this company and with the Costco program, you can't beat the price and service.
