Bernardo Greens was our first foray into the HOA world. We installed almost 200 doors for this complex located in Rancho Bernardo.
Hillside Gardens Apts, in the Del Cerro area of San Diego, was a fast progressive HOA project that encountered issues with space limitations and durability pertaining to garage doors. GDU provided quick and innovative solutions to give these residents a smooth and safe exiting experience from their garage.
Mission Greens HOA, located in Mission Valley, presented us with an obstacle related to overhead track. Every garage in this complex had limited headroom which was counter intuitive for a traditional garage door.
